Faq’s

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order processing time takes 3-12 days.

Once your package is scanned into the shipping system, USPS, your shipping will take 3-5 days. 

Priority shipping customers have a shorter shipping time of 2-3 days, after scanned into the shipping system, by USPS. 

For international shipping, processing time remains the same; while shipping time take 7 to 21+ days.

Help! I put in the wrong address!?

We appreciate your support! However, it is the customers responsibility to ensure all information is correct, upon checkout. If your package says delivered and it arrives elsewhere, please file a claim with USPS and email us at kissedbynoelle@gmail.com

What if my package is missing? 

if your package goes missing, once in tracking system, please file a claim and contact us at: kissedbynoelle@gmail.com.

If you received a confirmation of delivery and your package not delivered, please contact USPS. After allowing our shipping partner to following their protocol for undelivered packages. If you still need further assistance, please email us at: kissedbynoelle@gmail.com.    

Shipping

You will have the option of  USPS priority or USPS priority express.  All products are calculated and weighed directly through this carriers.. 


Not including holidays or weekends, order processing can take anywhere from two to twelve business days . Once your order is placed, a confirmation will be sent to you by email. After your order has shipped, you'll receive a notification of shipment by email. Shipping can take three to seven business days, once tracking info is received.

For expedited shipping, please select the express shipping options at the time of checkout. In need of rush fulfillment and/or processing, please contact us at: kissedbynoelle@gmail.com. *(*this service may require an additional cost.*)*


For damaged products, please contact the shipping carrier and file a claim.

If your package was returned back to us or is being returned back to us, we must first wait to have possession of the package before proceeding with the issue. Once your package is in our possession, we will then invoice you via email for the cost to reship your order. We will not be offering refunds on packages sent back to us. 

We offer worldwide shipping!


Any charges, customs duties, import fees, taxes etc. are the obligation of the customer. Kissed by Noelle LLC. is not responsible nor will be held liable for fees post shipment. If these fees are not paid by the buyer and a package is returned to us, you will be required to pay a restocking fee if the product is not wanted OR a second shipping fee to reship packages.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from kissedbynoelle.com
